We use 330-SHOW – A 24 hr showing service that will call you with the day and time that an agent wants to see your house. They will then send me an email with the showing details including the agents contact information so that I can follow up and get feedback.
When an agent schedules a showing they will automatically be sent an email requesting feedback after the scheduled showing time. I will send out 3 emails and I will also follow up with a phone call if the agent is not responding to the email requests. Once I have reached the showing agent I will let you know what the clients thought about your house.
When speaking with an agent that has shown your property I always try to find out if there is something that we can change about your home to fit their clients needs.I do the same thing if a buyer contacts me directly; I try and figure out a way that can make your home work for that particular client. I am constantly working to find you a buyer.
